Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Experiential Design to manage the planning and execution of projects across museum design, exhibition design, event environments, experience centres, retail spaces, and spatial design.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, vendors, fabricators, and site execution teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept development through final installation and handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and prepare project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with architects, exhibition designers, museum designers, spatial designers, graphic designers, 3D visualizers, production teams, fabricators, and site teams.
• Manage museum, exhibition, experiential space, event, experience centre, retail, and interior/spatial design projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality, and resources.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews, coordination meetings, and site inspections.
• Manage vendors, procurement, fabrication, logistics, transportation, and installation activities.
• Identify project risks and resolve execution-related issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety requirements, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, MOMs, progress reports, change requests, and project records.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support project proposals, estimation, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Ensure smooth project execution and effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
