About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and people-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates who are interested in building a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and the willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Search and identify suitable candidates according to the job requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills, qualifications, experience, and job fit.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates' communication, attitude, interest, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep candidates updated regarding interview schedules, feedback, and further recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, selections, and closures in the recruitment tracker/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and maintain proper joining/closure records.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and relevant hiring platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or any relevant field is an added advantage.
• Candidates with a strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in speaking with candidates and conducting initial interviews.
• Good listening, observation, and candidate assessment abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
