Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Manager (Fresher) to join our team in Lucknow. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaign management initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and tracking operational metrics.
• Facilitate communication between team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and escalating issues to senior management.

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong interest in IT operations and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of campaign management and marketing processes.

Required Qualifications
