Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Utilize various platforms and databases to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and soft skills.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate status within our applicant tracking system.
• Assist in developing creative strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all applicants throughout the hiring journey.
