Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to join our remote team, supporting our software development initiatives from Bomdila. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary of ₹10,000–₹15,000 and provides the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute unit and integration test cases for web applications.
Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Cypress.
Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and track defects throughout the software lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand‑ups to align testing activities with project goals.
Continuously improve testing frameworks and contribute to best‑practice documentation.
Monitor test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with test automation tools, particularly Selenium and Cypress.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
Ability to write clear, maintainable test scripts in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
Effective problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or software testing.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience Requirements

Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining automated test suites.
Exposure to web application testing across multiple browsers and devices.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
